Discover our Domiciliary Care Services
At Macro Healthcare we believe that everyone deserves to receive compassionate, high-quality care in the comfort of their own home. Our CQC regulated activities are designed to promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing, while offering peace of mind to families. Each service is tailored to individual needs and delivered by trained, caring professionals who genuinely want to make a difference every day.
Personal Care
We provide respectful, person-centred personal care to help individuals maintain their dignity, independence and wellbeing at home. Support can include washing, bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, continence care, toileting, oral care and other day-to-day personal care needs. Care is delivered in accordance with each person’s assessed needs and preferences.
Live-in Care
Our live-in care service offers continuous support in the comfort and familiarity of your own home. A dedicated care worker can assist with personal care, medication, meals, mobility, household tasks, companionship and everyday routines. The level of support is planned around your individual needs, preferences and lifestyle, helping you remain safe, comfortable and as independent as possible.
Overnight Care
Overnight care offers reassurance and practical support for people who may need assistance during the night. This can include help with toileting, repositioning, medication, mobility, personal care and responding to other agreed needs. Support is arranged around your individual routines and preferences, helping you feel safe and comfortable while providing additional peace of mind throughout the night.
Medication Assistance
We support individuals to manage their medicines safely and consistently in line with their assessed needs and care plan. This may include prompting or reminding people to take their medication, assisting with prescribed medicines where appropriate, recording medication and reporting any concerns or changes. Support is tailored to each person’s needs and preferences.
Companionship
Sometimes the most valuable support is simply having someone there. Our companionship service provides friendly conversation, reassurance, and social interaction. We can accompany clients on short walks, help them maintain routines, and reduce feelings of loneliness through regular, meaningful engagement.
Transportation/Errands
We help clients stay connected to their community and manage essential tasks. This includes transport to appointments, social visits, shopping trips, and support with everyday errands such as collecting prescriptions or posting letters—helping clients remain active and independent.
Mobility Assistance
We provide practical support to help clients move around the home confidently and reduce the risk of accidents. This can include steadying support when walking, assistance with stairs (where appropriate), support with getting in and out of chairs, and help to maintain safe movement during daily activities.
Household Support
A tidy, well-managed home can make a significant difference to wellbeing. We help with light household tasks such as general cleaning, laundry, changing bed linen, tidying, and keeping frequently used areas safe and organised—supporting a more comfortable living environment.
Meal Preparation
Good nutrition supports health, energy, and independence. We can assist with meal preparation based on preferences and dietary needs, help with shopping for ingredients, encourage regular meals and hydration, and support clients to maintain a balanced routine that suits their lifestyle.
