Benefits of joining Macro Healthcare

When you work with Macro Healthcare, you are more than just a name on a rota. We take time to get to know you, your skills and your preferences, so we can place you in settings where you will feel valued and supported.

With enhancements for nights, weekends and bank holidays (where applicable), so the shifts that are hardest to fill are properly rewarded. We review our rates regularly to remain competitive in the local market and recognise your skills and experience.
Full-time hours, part-time, ad-hoc and last-minute bookings to suit your lifestyle, family commitments and other work. You choose when and where you want to work; we simply match you with the shifts that fit your availability.
Including homecare/domiciliary care, care homes, nursing homes and private hospitals. This gives you the opportunity to gain experience in different environments, or to focus on the type of service you enjoy most.
From an experienced on-call team who understand the pressures of frontline care. If you need help with directions, shift details, or any issues while on duty, there is always someone you can contact.
Including regular mandatory training updates and access to additional courses to enhance your skills and employability. We encourage professional growth and can signpost you to further learning relevant to your role.
Wherever possible we send you back to the same services so you can build rapport with staff, residents and families. This continuity makes your work more enjoyable and helps you deliver safer, more person-centred care.
Led by people with real health and social care experience who understand your role, your challenges and your responsibilities. We treat our workers with respect, listen to feedback and aim to build long-term relationships, not just fill shifts.
