Our 4-Step Application Process

At Macro Healthcare, we have designed a clear and straightforward recruitment process that ensures full compliance while making it easy for healthcare professionals to join our team.

Step 1 – Submit Your Application

Complete our online application form, providing your contact details, work history, and the role you are applying for.

Step 2 – Initial Review and Screening

Our recruitment team will review your application and get in touch to discuss your experience, availability, and career expectations.

  Step 3 – Interview and Training

You will be invited to a formal interview, either in person or via video call. During this stage, we complete all required compliance checks.

Step 4 – Onboarding and First Placement

Once you are fully compliant, our team will contact you with suitable shifts or placements that match your skills, experience.
